Refunds for annual or monthly membership fees are generally not provided after 14 days from the membership start date or renewal date.

If a membership is canceled within 3 days of the start/renewal date, a full refund may be issued, provided no significant member benefits (e.g., exclusive content access, significant discounts on events) have been utilized.
